Repairs
At Parasteh quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of Parasteh jewelry please contact Info@parastehjewels.com. Please include your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.
Parasteh will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 2 years time of receipt of purchase.
Jewelry Care
When not being worn, we recommend jewelry be stored in its pouch. It does not like bleach, household cleansers, hard surfaces, or rough and tumble activities. Please note that ultrasonic cleaning is too aggressive for most gemstones. We recommend professional cleanings annually.
